Location: Conway, AR
Services: Brand Identity Package
The visual identity for 12Hundred Place was designed to strike a balance between modern prestige and youthful energy—elevating the brand while remaining accessible to its core audience of college students. The client wanted an emblem to serve as the primary logo, and from there, a complementary vertical and horizontal wordmark were developed. These alternate layouts offer flexibility across applications where a traditional submark might not be the best fit—such as signage, web headers, or branded merchandise—ensuring the brand remains cohesive in any setting. The emblem itself features an abstract triangle, a subtle yet intentional nod to the architecture of the front building. This shape serves as a visual anchor for the brand, helping residents and visitors associate the symbol directly with 12Hundred Place over time.
The color palette—while inspired by the interiors—was ultimately chosen to reflect the overall tone of the brand: a blend of refined neutrals and soft modern hues that evoke class, sophistication, and cool confidence. It’s a fresh identity that resonates with students who want more than just a place to live—they want a lifestyle that feels elevated yet comfortably their own.
